Front-End Design Conference (June 8th-9th)

Unfortunately, this conference is a pretty popular event. All tickets have been sold out for a while now (big props to @dandenney and crew). Hopefully you were able to grab a ticket when they were available though. The conference is being held in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida and it will mark my first time back to St. Petersburg since I was a kid as well as my first time speaking at this event ever (woot!). I’ll be talking about “Front-End Development Techniques for the Modern Web” and will go on from 10:30-11:20am. Check out more details here

North By North East Interactive (June 12th-15th) #NXNE

NXNE is Canada’s own SXSW. As you might guess, there’s a ton of talent headed to Toronto this year from all around. Great bands, great films and great interactive talks. I’ll be giving a revised version of my “Creating Mind Blowing UX” talk I did last year at the San Francisco jQuery Conference. There’s still Interactive badges left along with bundled badges that get you into all the after parties, movies, concerts and, in general, good times. My talk is Friday June 15th between 3:15-4:15pm.
